- Print out the pdf membership
application form and fill it out completely. Don't forget all signatures.
- Select the appropriate options below and process your payment with PayPal.
- Submit your membership form by:
- Mail - to the address at the bottom of the form.
- Fax - to 519-689-7408
- Email - Scan the completed form and attach it to an email to treasurer@cbrcc.ca
- No membership is valid until both the payment and the signed application form have been recieved. You will recieve confirmation.
